Keith has a lifetime of survey experience. Tutored by his surveyor father, he can recall at a very young age looking for survey evidence on properties during weekend drives in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. He is a well-known local business owner who contributes to the community after regular business hours as a member of Kiwanis, Quinte Home Builders Association, and Chamber of Commerce.
Antonio Strati, Survey Tech, Field Party Chief
Tony is a Loyalist College graduate in the Survey Technician program and has worked at Watson Land Surveyors for over 25 years. You will recognize Tony on site by his bright smile and his expertise with residential construction layout and boundary locates. We value Tony in the office as well, with his organizational skills, creating working files for the field and re-filing after completion.
Joe Morin, Survey Tech, Field crew Assistant
Joe is a Survey Technician, Loyalist College graduate with more diverse field experience than most. He is just a genuine, nice guy who will instantly make you feel at ease on site.
Thomas Simmons, CAD Operator
Tom began his career at Watson Land Surveyors over 25 years ago as a field assistant, party chief, and then into the office to begin the transformation from hand drafting to computer aided drafting in 1992. His field experience and knowledge with computers and survey programs is the perfect combination to create difficult subdivision, condominium, topographic, volume, and traditional survey plans.
Donna Baker, A.D.T., Office Manager/Administration/Title Searcher
Donna is a Loyalist College graduate from the Drafting Technician program and began her career at Watson Land Surveyors over 25 years ago, calculating and hand drafting survey plans. She then acclimated into the more traditional office role completing all the necessary tasks of running a business. Donna will most likely be the first person you will speak to or see in the office and can assist with all your survey needs.
Jennifer Matthews, Survey Tech, CAD Operator
Jennifer is a Survey Technician graduate from Loyalist College. Her organizational skills and friendly nature makes her the perfect employee for working with clients during their severance application process. She also completes sketches, survey plans, and jumps in wherever necessary to keep the job process flowing.
